Bob's Recipes
Uncle Bob's marinaded, boneless wild boar pork loin in a skillet".
Marinade:
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce.
1/2 cup soy sauce.
3 table spoons of steak seasoning.

1 - 2lb boneless wild boar pork roast.

Mix marinade and seasoning in a zip-lock bag and add the meat.
Marinade at least 12 hours. I did mine for 3 days!

Pull meat out of the marinade and throw out. . .the marinade, the marinade! Season the loin with additional steak seasoning and brown both sides on medium high heat. If you are NOT using a non-stick skillet, add some oil to the bottom of the pan. (Bacon grease would be yummier!!!).

After you brown the loin on both sides turn the heat down to medium low and cook for an additional 40 minutes turning every 10 minutes or so.

During the last 10 to 15 minutes 'nuke 4 potatoes on high, about 10 to 15 minutes, two potatoes per person.

When the loin is done set it aside to rest. Either check it with a thermometer OR poke ONE hole in the top. If the juice runs clear you're home free. (DO NOT CUT A BIG SLICE IN IT AND PRY IT OPEN TO SEE IF IT'S RED. If you do, all the juice will run out of it and it'll be dry as a popcorn fart! If that happens, throw it out and have yourself a PB&J!).

Cut up the 'nuked taters, kick the pan up to medium heat, drop in a couple of table spoons of butter, margarine or my favorite. . .pork fat. . .and fry the potatoes.

While the potatoes fry nuke some canned or frozen veggies. Hell, have yourself a salad too if you like. Do all that and you'll have you a dinner so good your tongue will slap your brains out!!!!
